The One Thing

What do customers expect in every buy?

It’s not purchase satisfaction, great attention and service, or reasonable prices. We want those things but we know you may not deliver, in which case we will share it later.

No, the one thing we always expect is Authority.

If you sell something, we expect you to command the situation.

The students can’t outsmart the teacher. The respect is gone.

The customer can’t know more about the product than the customer service. The service is useless.*

If you’re blogging (selling ideas), you can’t let someone burn your opinion to the ground in one comment. The idea is weak.

Know your stuff from A to Z, you can’t neglect Authority.

The one thing we’re not willing to pay for is doing your job.
